McDonald's in Gelsenkirchen

Unfortunately, quite often not what was ordered. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

For the little hunger in between, definitely justifiable.

Very fast in the drive-in ... if the right employees are there ... !!

The fast food is just gross. Burger not quite warm yet

It used to be better. Miserable waiting times, 4 customers (in the DriveIn) who came after me were finished before me. Then I get the order and the food is almost cold. And again something was missing, this time the toy. Last time the side dishes were incomplete. Employees seem easily overwhelmed. I prefer to go somewhere else in the future.

Well-kept McDonald's. Familiar quality.

I could sue them. That they sold me something and I ate until I noticed that it tasted strange. Be glad that you only get one star.

Been there twice in a short time. Had the worst visit to the fast food chain twice. Any other McDonalds is better than this one.

Very dirty, tables were not cleared. Staff hadn't cleaned the tables. No trace of hygiene measures.

Simply put, never again !! In spite of everything, having to pay the full price is not justified there

The food was really hot and the service was very friendly was there with my godchild even poured a Coke by accident and immediately took care to clean everything up again, so I find the staff very friendly and very helpful

Just great! Nowhere else can you eat corona compliantly with such ease. You will be welcomed by a friendly member of staff who will accompany you with your order and kindly draw your attention to any accidental violations of corona protection. The food was ready in a flash, tasted great and was warm, for some "kings" this is more of a miracle than normal. Eating is pure joy, too, as every table looks like it had been wiped off before I arrived and there are even plenty of power outlets at the tables for cell phone enthusiasts. The whole place looks modern and inviting, one of the best places I've ever been able to eat. At this point I would like to once again give great praise to all employees who keep this branch so great.

Only bad! Once I got Big Tasty without meat and another time I ordered a hamburger Royal TS without onion and got with onion without tomato! Some of the orders are not complete.

Absolutely not to be recommended! The staff is totally unfriendly, the food was cold, half of it was forgotten and the waiting time was clearly too long. The staff was unfriendly and visibly overwhelmed with questions (maybe it was a trainee?). Our conclusion- never again in this store!

By far the slowest MC Donalds I know. 30 minutes for a happy meal. And there was just one car ahead of us a disaster. The staff should be trained here as soon as possible. This is a no go.

Wow, no comparison to the Burger King in Buer! How friendly the staff are here! And you don't have to wait 10 minutes at the drive in! : D Great!

The ordering machines are easy to use when they are not hanging up. Then help is needed, after that it feels like an eternity before you can place your order. Otherwise clean, nice staff.

Very bad service, they don't give me a straw and a glass lid because I'm not a child .... Does my 1-year-old son have to come and ask for it ..... Really?

Visit on July 9th at Corona times Very rude and distracted staff, no one is responsible for the customers, apparently there is always something very important to do behind the scenes. You usually only see someone frantically walking by. Really a McDonalds where we always feel unwelcome and annoying to the staff. Not one employee looked into your eyes or greeted you. You can only order at the terminals at the moment. Although the terminals did not run properly or the customers were a little overwhelmed, the staff (at times 5 women) bustled behind the counter, passed several times and nobody helped. Even when a man asked for help, a sentence was thrown at him and again he was overwhelmed at the terminal and desperately asked other customers for help, but they were standing in front of it for the first time. The staff behind the counter were still not helping and the line was getting longer. While waiting for our order, it was difficult to keep a safe distance, queuing to the terminal and picking up are partly in the same place, a customer was standing directly at the counter, the women behind the counter were of little interest. You might have to look up. When we ordered at the terminal ourselves, an employee suddenly stood at the entrance and asked for hand disinfection and a list. We hadn't done either because it only appeared when we were in line for 10 minutes. Then at least wanted to leave name and stay when we went out, then she rushed past us again with an important face behind the scenes, so we are so out.

Sometimes want to Express feelings but cannot. It was wonderful experience there to eat there some menu's with burger and pommes. It was nice behaviour of workers there,but it was too rushy there but I have noticed there that they have not sufficient workers. That part gave me disappointment, otherwise essen was very tasty,... Anyway overall experience was very excellent. I wish them congratulations..keep it up

Mc Donalds....

Food wasn't warm and we didn't get what we ordered. I understand language barrier but we ordered a lemon drink and got the cherry.
